friendly staff central location super clean bathroom
i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. its central location made it easy to get around. i appreciated the good variety at breakfast, a nice way to start the day. the cleanliness of the bathroom was really noticeable, it was super clean.
the city tax seemed quite high.

the hotel is right in the center, near tram stops and the metro. it is less than ten minutes to the central train station. you can easily walk to many attractions and restaurants from here.

there is a lovely bar providing a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. clean personal always smiles and welcomes you. the front desk staff were helpful and gave fantastic service.

the location was great for exploring. the staff were helpful with taxi arrangements. breakfast included eggs and pancakes.

The room had a king size bed. I found it very comfortable. The breakfast offered good choices. The location was central. Many attractions were within walking distance. The staff members were helpful, always going the extra mile.
The room was small, with a small window and the closet had an unpleasant smell.

The reception staff provided a smooth and fast check-in experience, open 24 hours for convenience. The team accommodated my request for a late check-out, and did so with a smile. They assisted me to store my luggage at the hotel.

an okay stay

central location helpful staff unclean boiler unavailable pillows
the location is very central. it made seeing things easy. the front of house staff where helpful . they assisted immediately with questions and needs.
The room i stayed in was not like the picture. i asked for pillows that are firm. i was told that none are available. cleaning was not as good as i expected. My water boiler was not clean.

The location was central. Close to everything. The staff demonstrated perfect kindness and was always ready to assist! The room offered great comfort, and the daily cleaning was super clean. The bed was very cozy and helped me rest after long walks.
the breakfast was nice, though the cooked options seemed a little bland.
